    An exquisite stay marked by luxurious appointments! The room was spacious with a comfortable layout, and the bathroom impressed with heated floors. Dining was a delight, with really good meals and attentive staff. Located near key sights, the experience was nice, aside from occasional noise from nearby establishments. Can't wait to return!

    Everything was perfect during 2 days, greatly enjoyed its great location short walk to outstanding restaurants that are within walking distance, world class dining, and downtown/central business district.

    Great room service options.

    My overall experience was quite disappointing. I faced numerous issues with the reception staff, particularly with the long wait times for simple requests like extending my stay. On top of that, my laundry went missing without any proper follow-up from the hotel staff.

    perfectly situated for neighborhood explorations and park strolls

    I had an very nice stay here with a lovely welcome from the staff, who made me feel at home right away, and I loved how central it was, making it easy to stroll to Yorkville Village and enjoy peaceful moments at Queen's Park during my weekend adventures.

    The King Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom definitely stole the show with its heated floors-such a nice touch! The pillow menu was great for a comfy sleep. Loved the little note and chocolates waiting for us. Everything felt very luxe. No noise issues from outside either. Those double-paned windows worked well! Just all-around cozy vibes.
